Information for Instructional 2024 – Stamford  Little League:

Below is some general information that is requested by the parents:

The season will run from May through June.

There is an end of season picnic sometime in June date is TBA

The players just need a glove for this division

The league will supply bats and helmets and balls

Each player will receive a shirt, hat, ball and a trophy at the end of the year

They can wear baseball pants or just sweatpants

When it gets warmer, it is ok to wear shorts

They can wear cleats or sneakers

Each session is made up of four groups going to four different stations-

There is a hitting, fielding, throwing and running station

Once the stations are completed by all, a one inning game will be played

We will need plenty of parents to volunteer, so the more we have, the better it is for the players

See everyone Saturday or Sunday and let’s hope for good weather
